About Marble Hill

Marble Hill is a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay in Sheephaven, north Donegal - one of the most photogenic and family-friendly surf beaches in the county. The bay geometry cleans up incoming swell and keeps the wind off, which makes it a reliable choice on bigger or messier days.

The bay catches NW swells and works on SE offshore winds. Forgiving, beginner-friendly peaks shift along the strand. Plenty of parking, a campsite right behind the dunes, and a surf school in season make it one of the easiest Donegal beaches to plan a day at.
