About Cornish Left

Cornish Left is a lesser-known reef break on the west Clare coast, in the same swell zone as Lahinch and the Cliffs reefs. It's not a beginner wave — when the spot is on it demands experience.

The reef wants a clean W swell with a long period and an E offshore wind. Mid tide is the working window. Quiet relative to the busier Lahinch lineup; local knowledge helps.
